Seems To Last Forever
03:47
|
|||
I know,
time moves slow.
But these weeks,
seem to last forever.
You've been,
knee deep in sin.
But it looks,
like this could last forever.
Winds sway,
the sun it fades away.
And I've been,
stuck in here for hours.
She speaks,
my eyes they feel weak.
And her words,
seem to last forever.

Bones in a Box
02:49
|
|||
So you think you understand.
But did you know, it's rude to always hide your hands.
Look, you'll see that everyone around.
Is just a thought, they'll set you free, your stuck beneath the ground.
They found all her bones in a box/ tied with a ribbon and sealed with a bow.
She left a note of a love she would devote/ to taking sacred oaths everyday.
She spoke, its true, her words they sink like stones.
And in a box so blue, they found all of her bones.
They found all her bones in a box/ tied with a ribbon and sealed with a bow. She left a note of a love she would devote/ to taking sacred oaths everyday.
And now they'll take them all away.

Reap What You Sow
04:26
|
|||
Woe, woe, woe we reap just what we sow/ try not to let it go/ there are things that you should know.
Well it felt just like the winter/ the wind was blowing strong/ he spoke as if he slithered/ from home straight to his car.
He felt the air around him/ it shivered straight to his spine/ now hes living the life of a lizzard/ getting high to escape all the time.
His hands were tethered behind him/ she pushed him down to the dirt/ he's living the life of a lizzard/ his mind it questions his worth.
If only there were a way now/ to show the things hes done/ then all of the pieces would crumble/ and he could feel like he'd won.
You should know...
You should know...

I Am This Parade
05:20
|
|||
All the things they've talked about/ surprises soon to come they scatter and they go.
All these hands are hands that I have known.
As they walk one by one/ spread about these streets and finding all this fun.
If time takes caring this has just begun.
Standing here amongst the crowd/ straighten up and buckle down into your shoe.
It seems unreal that I have captured you.
Now they walk away in shades/ of blue and white and hints of gray and many more.
Join this feeling I am this Parade.

Lights Out
02:44
|
|||
Lights out/ said you were a night owl/ but don't pick me cause I'm depleted/ got time but I still need it.
All right/ it's always such a big fight/ and when we're done we stay seated/ got time but we still need it.
No more/ dancing on the big floor/ cause it's so rude and so conceded/ got time but we still need.
All right/ it's always such a big fight/ and when we're done we stay seated/ got time but we still need it.

These songs are the ink inside the fingerprints of dreams. Addressing lizards,
bones, the ghosts of regret, and the ongoing march of our silly human parade of existence, this music plays homage to the passing of time the way the light from a star delivers a message from another galaxy. Imagine holding a funhouse mirror next to a music box.
